Malcolm Jolly

Sculpture was not my initial endeavor.

After graduating in 1969 with a B.A. in Industrial Design (Engineering) from Leicester Polytechnic (UK), in subsequent years Malcolm has been evolving through time.

Becoming self-employed in 1978, he lived for 2 years on Wickaninnish Island (facing the open Pacific) off the west coast of Vancouver Island then moved to the Comox Valley where he now lives, and works on a water-front acreage perched high above the Strait of Georgia - experiencing first-hand the interplay of wind and water on the bald eagles, whales, ravens, seals, otters and the other myriad life-forms that call this area home.
